Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team in the position:
Cash Collection Specialist with German
HRS Recruitment Services Bulgaria has License 2525 valid from 26.04.2018.
Managing and processing collections to ensure timely receipt of payments;
Contacting clients via email and phone regarding overdue invoices and negotiating payment terms;
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities in the system;
Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to resolve billing issues.
Excellent level of German (C1);
Good command of English (B2 or higher);
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Previous experience in Cash Collection, Accounts Receivable, or Finance is an advantage;
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is considered a plus;
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
