Отговорности
- Maintain relationship with existing partners via email and phone on daily/weekly basis
- Manage client`s portfolio and provide daily support in the use of the platform;
- Identify clients` needs, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;
- Coordinate projects relates to partnerships;
- Work in collaboration with other departments.
Изисквания и необходими умения
- Fluency in French or German and English;
- Similar experience would be a plus;
- Sales attitude and negotiation abilities;
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
