For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Customer to Cash Disputes Specialist with German (Hybrid).
*Take ownership of customer disputes and resolve them quickly and accurately;
*Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes;
*Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction;
*Work with SAP and internal tools to manage and track cases;
*Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution;
*Contribute to process improvements and team success.
*Experience in a corporate or Shared Services environment;
*Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking;
*Good Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus;
*Proficiency German with excellent English skills;
*Customer-focused with great communication skills;
*Well-organized, proactive, and a true team player.
