For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services CMA Contracts Specialist with German (Hybrid).
*Handle the end-to-end processing and issuing of CMA contracts within Shared Services;
*Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to meet business needs;
*Provide clear support and guidance on contract-related queries to internal and external stakeholders;
*Collaborate with teams to support audits and ensure timely provision of required documentation;
*Monitor and resolve contract issues while ensuring proper approvals and compliance standards are met;
*Contribute to continuous improvement of CMA processes and service quality.
*2+ years of experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment;
*Good understanding of Customer-to-Cash / finance or data management processes;
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
*Proficiency German with very good English skills;
*Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and strong Excel skills;
*Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive team mindset.
