For one of our clients – an international freight company specializing in the transportation of chemical products, we are looking for a Transport Operations Manager.
*Monitor the condition and operational status of trucks, tankers, and the overall fleet;
*Track technical inspections, ADR checks, insurance policies, documentation, and other compliance deadlines;
*Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle condition, equipment, repairs, breakdowns, and trip preparation;
*Organize maintenance, repairs, servicing, and inspections of all vehicles;
*Ensure fleet readiness for transport tasks and compliance with internal procedures and transport regulations;
*Maintain records, reports, and updates related to the fleet, equipment, documentation, and operational deadlines, including monitoring receivables from transport services.
*Good command of the English language (written and spoken);
*Strong communication and coordination skills;
*Previous experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding;
*Experience with heavy-duty vehicles and fleet operations;
*Knowledge of ADR transport regulations, GPS systems, tachographs, transport documents, and workshop/service processes;
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a detail-oriented, practical mindset.
