Our client is strengthening its leadership team and is looking for a hands-on and experienced Managing Director (Technical Operations) to oversee end-to-end technical performance - from raw material to production quality, machinery management, investments, and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in shaping future growth and ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant operations.
Отговорности
- Lead and optimize all technical operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
- Oversee licensing, compliance, and continuous process improvement
- Drive investment planning and operational budgeting
- Coordinate with the Commercial Managing Director on strategy, procurement, and business priorities
- Ensure high technical standards, reliability of equipment, and long-term operational performance
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader across all operational sites
Изисквания и необходими умения
- Technical background (Mining, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
- Proven leadership experience in a relevant industrial environment
- Strong operational mindset and ability to work directly on-site
- Fluency in the local language plus German or English
