- Prepare and manage project proposals under EU-funded programmes
- Communicate with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project implementation, reporting, and coordination activities
- Analyze business needs and support clients in project development processes
Изисквания и необходими умения
- Previous experience working with SMEs is required
- Experience with large enterprises is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
- Experience working with AI tools is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire for continuous professional development
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
