We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Associate to partner directly with our CEO, drive cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.
About the Role
The Strategic Associate is the CEO’s strategy execution partner—turning vision into plans, and plans into results. The role leads cross-functional initiatives, creates board-quality narratives and analyses, and ensures the company’s operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, reviews, decision forums) is tight, forward-looking, and aligned to strategic priorities. It’s a high-exposure, high-impact individual contributor role designed for a top performer with consulting/strategy, PMO, or corporate development experience.
Responsibilities
Translate CEO priorities into clear workstreams with owners, milestones, and success metrics; run weekly/bi-weekly stand-ups.
Build and maintain the Strategy Portfolio (pipeline, dependencies, risks, ROI), escalating trade-offs for timely CEO decisions.
Create board-quality presentations, strategic briefing packs, and CEO communications (talking points, memos, readouts) with clear logic, strong data, and a consistent leadership narrative across forums.
Deliver market insights, competitor scans, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
Manage the CEO’s strategy rhythm (reviews, MBR/QBRs, leadership offsites), ensuring rigorous pre-reads, timely follow-ups, and tracking of OKRs/KPIs to drive accountability and results.
Serve as a connector between functions (Programming, Digital, Sales, Finance, People) and ensure execution discipline.
Requirements and necessary skills
5–8+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or corporate development.
Proven track record in cross-functional execution with quantifiable outcomes.
Strong capability in executive communication, analysis, and financial modeling.
High credibility and ability to influence without authority.
