For one of our clients a seasoned BPO company focused on customer experience and digital transformation for global brands across fintech, tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for Backoffice Digital Security Specialist with French or Norwegian or Danish or Polish.
*Keep the platform safe by spotting fraud, policy breaches, and emerging risks;
*Investigate incidents and ensure quick, effective solutions;
*Work with teams to improve safety policies and enforcement;
*Develop strategies to reduce risk and strengthen security;
*Help moderate content and ensure community guidelines are followed;
*Stay up-to-date on online threats and industry trends;
*Provide insights and reports to guide decisions and risk management.
*Fluent in French, Norwegian, Danish or Polish with strong English;
*Bachelors in data analysis or related field, or relevant experience is a plus;
*Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or content moderation is an advantage;
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
*Comfortable with online platforms, problem-solving, and multitasking;
*Adaptable, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
*Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large amounts of information accurately.
