For one of our clients a well-established healthcare organization and a leader in its field, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join their team as an HR Specialist.
*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection;
*Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
*Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees;
*Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements;
*Administer employee benefits and support employee-related HR processes;
*Assist in employee engagement and well-being initiatives;
*Provide administrative and operational support to the HR function;
*Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment delivery;
Support the implementation of HR projects, policies, and initiatives.
*23 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration;
*Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes;
*Fluent English, both written and spoken;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
*Proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility;
*Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
*Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in a dynamic office environment.
