For one of our clients – a global bottling company that produces and distributes a wide range of beverages across numerous countries – we are looking for a Junior Assistant Financial Operations with German to join their team. The role is focused on resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries, while delivering high-quality shared services support and ensuring operational excellence.
*Handle customer disputes and provide timely solutions;
*Deliver excellent customer support across CTC processes;
*Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders;
*Work with SAP and internal systems to maintain accurate data;
*Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
*Perform back-office support activities.
*Fluent German and good English skills;
*Previous experience in Shared Services or a multinational environment is a plus;
*Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities;
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
*Well-organized with good time management;
*Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
