Job Description
Brief:
Lead and coordinate the execution and continuous improvement of Talent Management processes across Performance, Talent Reviews, Career Development, Leadership Development, and talent programs through strong process management, analytics, stakeholder management and support, and project coordination.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of Talent practices in line with Group strategy and organizational business transformation priorities. This role will liaise with our GBS HR center.
Main Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Coordinate and execute performance cycles (including ATR processes).
- Ensure consistency and quality of performance practices across the organization and track related action plans.
- Support adoption of internal performance tools and alignment with Group standards.
- Provide guidance to HRBPs and stakeholders during performance campaigns.
Talent Review & Succession Planning
- Coordinate and execute Talent Reviews campaigns.
- Contribute to identification and tracking of Talents and succession planning.
- Support visibility on performance and potential trends across the organization
- Produce and consolidate Talent analytics supporting leadership decision-making.
- Support preparation and consolidation of Succession Plans
Career Development
- Support deployment of Group Talent strategies across career development initiatives (Talent Growth).
- Coordinate implementation and follow-up of development plans aligned with Talent Review outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Learning & Development, local HR teams to support integrated career development initiatives.
- Support monitoring of internal mobility and career progression indicators.
Leadership Development
- Contribute to designing and implementing initiatives reinforcing leadership capabilities and supporting the professionalization of leaders & Managers.
- Support deployment of leadership development frameworks aligned with Talent priorities.
- Produce reporting and insights supporting leadership pipeline decision-making.
HR talent programs
- Coordinate and deploy HR programs initiatives (such as mentoring) aligned with career development priorities.
- Track participation, engagement, and impact indicators of programs.
- Contribute to communication materials supporting their adoption (guide, toolkits)
Talent Analytics, Reporting & Project Coordination
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on performance and talent processes.
- Support design and maintenance of Talent dashboards in Workday and PowerBI
- Ensure data quality and identify opportunities to improve Talent process efficiency and reporting reliability.
- Coordinate timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables across annual Talent calendar activities.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in talent development, career frameworks, leadership development, and job architecture in a global environment.
- Exposure to large-scale HR initiatives, global rollouts, and matrix organizations.
- Experience working with digital HR or learning platforms (experience with Gen AI tools are a plus).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate strategy into practical solutions.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across frameworks, content, processes, and systems.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills within an international context.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- additional languages are a plus
