For one of our clients – a global company providing customer experience solutions for leading international brands – we are looking for a Digital Consumer Coordinator with German (Hybrid). The project is for a world-renowned technology company focused on healthcare and consumer products, where you will support customers via Social Media with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
*Provide customer support via tickets, phone calls, and social media platforms;
*Address customer inquiries, issues, and product questions promptly;
*Resolve concerns related to home appliances, coffee makers, and other household products;
*Offer solutions and troubleshooting advice for products;
*Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience;
*Stay informed about new products and updates.
*Excellent German skills and good English;
*Experience in customer support across various channels, including social media is a plus;
*Knowledge of home appliances or customer service for tech products is a plus;
*Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
*Customer-focused with attention to detail.
*Office location – good transport links and close to the metro;
*Working on rotational shifts, with no night shifts required;
*Hybrid work model available after the 6th month;
