Supply Officer
Responsibilities:
o Сo Responsible to create purchase orders and to achieve traceability until received in the warehouse;
o Builds strategic relationships with key suppliers that are tailored to the needs of the company;
o Works with suppliers to make sure key processes are operating in an efficient and cost effective manner;o Establishes a strong working relationship with internal and external suppliers;
o Ability to create a catch-up plan with the subcontractor;
o Carries out stock control (no overstocking of materials);
o Good communication with suppliers and other units/departments;
o Receives goods and services on time;
o Follow up KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) related to the Purchasing Department;
o Develops and monitors all purchasing procedures and policies in partnership with Operations, Production and Administration departments;
o Reports internally on supplier performance;
o Handles supply complaints and notices of quality deficiency;
o Deals with complaints relating to invoicing;
o Ensures the good application of internal company procedures;
o Complies with internal rules (conduct, security rules);
o Determines and monitors the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set by Line manager;
o Ensures that the objectives of the procurement linked to the relevant program are met;
o Ensures continuous improvement with regard to time, quality and Lean practices.
Requirements:
o University Education;
o At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field (supply chain, purchasing);
o Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
o English language is mandatory;
o Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
o Familiar with ERP systems procurement module /SAP preferably/;
o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
o Proactive problem solver;o A dynamic performer;
o Willing to learn;
o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
