Responsibilities

Preparing ingredients and assisting in daily mise en place with precision and consistency 

Supporting chefs during service by executing tasks efficiently and on time 

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas 

Following food safety standards and internal kitchen procedures Assisting with plating and presentation according to restaurant guidelines 

Ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen team during busy service hours 

Proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients

  Contributing to a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen environment

Requirements and necessary skills

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience is a plus) 

Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations 

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards Good organizational skills and attention to detail 

Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices 

Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the rhythm of a fast‑paced kitchen 

Reliability, discipline, and respect for culinary craft
