Leading the kitchen team with professionalism, clarity, and a strong sense of culinary vision
Designing, developing, and refining menus inspired by French techniques and Mediterranean ingredients
Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, precision, and high standards in every dish
Managing mise en place, workflow, and service timing to maintain smooth, efficient operations
Training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff to uphold fine‑dining standards
Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food‑handling protocols
Collaborating with management on menu planning, cost control, and seasonal product selection
Maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers and ensuring ingredient quality
Leading by example during service, especially in plating, tasting, and final dish approval
Upholding a positive, respectful, and disciplined kitchen culture
Extensive experience in fine dining, preferably with French culinary background
Strong leadership abilities with a calm, confident, and motivating presence
Mastery of cooking techniques, flavour balance, and high‑level plating aesthetics
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and composure
Deep understanding of Mediterranean ingredients and seasonal produce
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide, teach, and inspire the team

Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management systems
