For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – User Safety Moderator with Turkish or German or Polish.
*Review and categorize user text for appropriateness;
*Identify content that may bypass filters;
*Maintain professionalism with all types of content;
*Flag content that requires further action;
*Collaborate effectively via chat and email;
*Work efficiently during both day and night shifts.
*Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills;
*Previous experience in online safety or content moderation is considered an advantage;
*Ability to review and handle sensitive content in a professional and responsible manner;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level);
*Professional proficiency in Turkish, German, or Polish;
*Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
*Salary range: EUR 1,300 – EUR 1,700 gross per month, depending on qualifications and
relevant experience;;
*Flexible to working time 8-hours shifts (day or night) on schedule;
