Sensata Technologies is looking for a Material Planning Specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external vendors on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / programs.
General Responsibilities
Participate in the creation of future capacity plans
Assist with defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts
Participate in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories
Participate in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planning
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Gross Annual Salary Range:
13,907.00 EUR - 19,122.40 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
