The Commercial Finance Manager position entails managing a team of employees to take preventative measures, and create estimations regarding the potential future of the companys finances based on research and data findings.
General Responsibilities
Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position
Utilize historical data and work with all levels of the business to understand needs to accurately forecast future financial position
Develops, updates, and manages financial forecasting models and regularly and effectively communicates changes, recommendations and issues to senior management as necessary
Develops and maintains various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ad hoc reports for management review and use, and assists with various reconciliations as needed
Maintains detailed records of forecast outputs and inputs, processes, quantitative or qualitative models, meetings, approvals, or other items, as needed, for compliance or governance
Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and manages team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Gross Annual Salary Range:
33,050.00 EUR - 45,443.20 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
