For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Digital Security with Italian or Norwegian or Turkish or Danish.
*Monitor platform activity to identify fraud, policy violations, and emerging threats;
*Investigate trust and safety incidents, ensuring quick and effective resolution;
*Collaborate with teams to improve safety policies and enforcement;
*Develop risk mitigation strategies to strengthen platform security;
*Assist with content moderation and ensure compliance with community guidelines;
*Stay informed on industry trends and evolving online threats to refine safety measures;
*Generate reports and insights to aid in decision-making and risk assessment.
*Fluent in Italian, Norwegian, Turkish or Danish with strong English skills;
*Bachelor’s degree in data analysis or a related field, or relevant experience is a plus;
*Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or content moderation is an advantage;
*Strong analytical skills to detect and assess suspicious activity;
*Familiar with online platforms, and skilled in problem-solving and communication;
*Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks;
*Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large amounts of information accurately.
