For one of our clients a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for Customer Care Advisor with Czech and Slovak (Remote).
*Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support via phone and email;
*Build positive customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and solution-oriented assistance;
*Understand customers' needs and guide them toward the best possible resolution;
*Ensure every interaction contributes to an exceptional customer experience and high satisfaction levels;
*Work closely with colleagues and internal teams to continuously improve service quality and customer journeys.
*Fluent Czech and good command of Slovak and English;
*Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers;
*A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for helping people;
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain organized in a dynamic environment;
*Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team culture.
