For one of our clients a global bottling company that produces and distributes a diverse portfolio of beverages across numerous international markets, we are looking for an STP Accounts Payable Operations Specialist with French (Hybrid).
As an STP Accounts Payable Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient execution of Source-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will ensure the accurate processing of financial transactions, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Source-to-Pay processes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
* Investigate recurring issues and identify root causes to support sustainable solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
* Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
* Maintain high-quality service standards while meeting operational targets.
* At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance operations role.
* Experience within a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational environment will be considered an advantage.
* Basic understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (STP) processes.
* Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Customer-oriented approach and collaborative mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* French and English language skills at B1B2 level.
