The Supply Chain Customer Service Intern supports the Customer Service team in various operational day-to-day activities related to reporting, orders entry, customers and supply chain management. The intern is in directly cooperation and collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure we provide an excellent customer service. The activities are but not limited to preparing reports, gathering and consolidating data and information to update the information in our ERP system.
- The Customer Service Intern supports the Customer service team in various day-to-day activities related to reporting, order and customer management, supply chain management.
Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:
Preparing operational reports in excel; Consolidation and reporting of data;
Updating the ERP system and provide information to the internal organization over e-mail;
Update of customer Purchase Orders in our ERP system;
Internal sales order management;
Customer communication regarding delivery status.
Job Description
Requirements:
3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or similar specialty;
Good knowledge in MS Office Products;
Excellent command of English language;
Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
Gross Annual Salary Range:
7,442.00 EUR - 9,824.10 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
Starting Salary
The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
