For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Content Verification Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).
*Review, verify, and approve digital advertising campaigns to ensure they meet quality standards before going live;
*Monitor and evaluate online content, making sure it complies with internal policies and platform guidelines;
*Identify, investigate, and escalate inappropriate or policy-violating text, images, videos, and audio content;
*Respond to customer and partner inquiries through email and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner;
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing your workload independently and meeting daily performance targets.
*Excellent German language skills and a good command of English;
*Strong interest in social media, digital platforms, and the latest online trends and pop culture;
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment;
*Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
*Confident user of MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or ticketing tools is considered an advantage.
*Working time: 8-hours shifts, 09:00-18:00 and 11:00-20:00 – Monday till Friday, hybrid model;
