For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for – Medical Equipment Service Specialist with Polish or Dutch (Remote).
*Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers regarding medical devices and services;
*Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance;
*Address customer inquiries and escalate complex cases when necessary;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system;
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution;
*Deliver high-quality customer support tailored to the Polish market.
*Fluency in Polish or Dutch and very good English skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or a call center role is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear guidance;
*Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare technologies is an advantage;
*Proficiency in using customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
