Manufacturing Engineer – Automotive

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for automotive products, in collaboration with world leading automotive OEMs. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and global engineering teams, you will drive process improvements, support new product introductions, and help enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance. 
You'll play a key part in developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies and working on products that are shaping the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Support new product introductions, process validation, and equipment implementation. 
• Define equipment requirements and work with suppliers on tooling, automation, and process improvements. 
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, PFMEAs, and Control Plans. 
• Support projects focused on reducing defects, scrap, downtime, and manufacturing costs. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. 
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering and continuous improvement. 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with production data and KPIs

Gross Annual Salary Range:

EUR 21,188.00 - 37,063.58 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
