Data Engineer - Customer Value Management (CVM)

General duties

• Design, build and maintain data solutions supporting campaign execution, customer segmentation and marketing activities

• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL solutions using PL/SQL Developer, alongside ETL processes and data transformations within Data Warehouse environments

• Create and maintain campaign data structures, customer selections and reporting datasets

• Work with multiple data models and large datasets to deliver reliable and scalable solutions

• Partner closely with Campaign Managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical implementation

• Support campaign measurement and performance reporting through data management, preparation and automation

• Continuously improve existing processes by introducing reusable logic and automation opportunities

• Gradually expand into Machine Learning Platform (MLP) initiatives and future customer engagement capabilities;

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field

• Experience with SQL and ETL development

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand business and product objectives beyond technical requirements, applying critical thinking to identify data inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, and proactively drive improvements

• Attention to detail and strong focus on data governance and data quality

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Good communication skills in English

It would be considered an advantage

• Experience with cloud data environments

• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark or similar technologies

• Experience with Python, Airflow and/or dbt

• Experience with customer analytics, data warehousing or campaign-related data processes
