General duties
- Monitor the performance and risk profile of retail loan portfolios (e.g. consumer, mortgage, SME) across key dimensions such as volume, delinquency, default, staging, etc.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytical reports used by management and risk committees.
- Perform regular portfolio reviews and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, concentrations, and early warning signals.
- Support IFRS 9 / credit risk monitoring processes by providing accurate, well-documented portfolio metrics.
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data using SQL queries from reporting databases.
- Cooperate closely with Business, Finance and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent analyses.
- Prepare materials for internal management forums, regulatory or audit-related requests.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in loan portfolio monitoring, credit risk, or financial analysis preferably within a bank or regulated financial institution.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar (measures, visuals, and report usability).
- Good knowledge of SQL (writing and understanding SELECT queries, joins, aggregations).
- Good understanding of credit risk concepts (e.g. delinquency, default, portfolio segmentation, staging).
- Ability to explain analytical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and structured way of working.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IFRS 9, EBA expectations, or internal risk governance frameworks.
- Experience working with large datasets from data warehouses or lakehouse environments.
- Previous exposure to regulatory reporting or internal audit interactions.
