As our QA Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping product quality by establishing best-in-class quality practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every product delivers an exceptional customer experience.
General Responsibilities
- Handles the implementation of quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process
- Arranges and implements quality assurance strategies and regulations
- Supervises potential risks, ensures compliance and gives recommendations
- Takes responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process (laboratories studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, finished product or services)
- Supervises audits and regulatory inspections
- Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
- Handles quality trainings
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Leads, develops, and mentors the Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams to achieve business and quality objectives.
- Drives customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints, quality issues, customer scorecards, and corrective action activities.
- Leads root cause investigations and ensures implementation and verification of effective corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports quality performance metrics, including PPM, COPQ, scrap and customer returns
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process capability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with product safety requirements, special characteristics, regulatory obligations, and customer-specific requirements.
- Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to support new product introduction, process changes, and manufacturing excellence.
- Supports management review activities and provides strategic direction for quality planning, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills with practical experience using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa (Fishbone), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Experience managing customer complaints, corrective actions, and customer quality performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Gross Annual Salary Range:
29,164.00 EUR - 40,100.50 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
