Our logistics center continues to expand through the implementation of new warehouse systems, enabling our growth both in Bulgaria and across Europe. We are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator for our logistics center, who will be responsible for the technical operation, reliability, preventive maintenance, and development of the automated systems in the logistics center, including AutoStore, conveyor lines, packaging systems, and other warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities:- Mechanical and electrical maintenance of logistics systems;
- Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and on-site repairs;
- Replacement of defective components on installed systems;
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment;
- Providing technical services in accordance with regulatory and internal company requirements;
- Planning and monitoring preventive maintenance of automated systems;
- Conducting regular technical inspections and equipment audits;
- Analyzing the root causes of failures and proposing preventive measures;
- Supervising the work of external service providers and accepting completed work;
- Monitoring the technical condition and reliability of warehouse equipment;
- Participating in the selection, implementation, and acceptance of new equipment.
- Communication with suppliers and partners.

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of proven technical experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. A Master’s degree in a technical discipline will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of systems focused on warehouse logistics and robotics;
- Experience with automated manufacturing or warehouse systems is a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and diagnostics of technical equipment;
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Good project management and communication skills;
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
