General duties
- Structuring of large scale corporate transactions through syndication, or standalone vanilla project financing.
- Liaise and work with local and cross-border stakeholders, coordinating their involvement in the project/syndicate transaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, participate in negotiations with corporate clients and generate credit deals related to energy/structured finance, acquisitions and specialized lending.
- Evaluate the economic, financial, legal implications and the potential risks of projects in the pipeline, develop and analyse financial models.
- Prepare indicative terms and conditions for financing of projects in line with the Bank's credit policy.
- Perform loan administration and ongoing monitoring of the financed projects in the individual loan portfolio.
- Prepare relevant reports, analyses and proposals related to financed and potential projects, as well as the energy sector in general.
- Look for ways to constantly improve processes.
Requirements
- Degree (ongoing is also an option) in finance, business administration or economics.
- Preference for relevant professional experience in financial services industries of at least 2 (two) years.
- Proficiency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
- Preference for knowledge related to the energy sector and/or credit and financial analysis of corporate clients.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
- Readiness to take responsibilities, ability to meet deadlines.
