For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Relationship Expert with Dutch or German or French (Hybrid).
*Support customers via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional approach;
*Help with general inquiries, basic technical support, logistics coordination, healthcare social support;
*Provide clear information about products and services while ensuring a great customer experience;
*Troubleshoot simple issues and guide customers to the right solution;
*Keep customer records up to date and accurately document interactions;
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve requests quickly and efficiently.
*Fluency in Dutch, German, or French, plus a good command of English;
*Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude;
*Quick learner with basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills;
*Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage;
*Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment;
*Positive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to help others.
