For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Entry-level Technical Advisor with Danish or Russian or Slovak or Slovenian or Icelandic.
*Be the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone, providing friendly and professional support;
*Help users resolve common questions related to app setup, account access, and everyday usage;
*Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps for basic app, device, or connectivity issues;
*Identify when a case requires advanced technical assistance and ensure a smooth handover to the appropriate team;
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions while delivering a positive support experience.
*Fluency in Danish or Russian or Slovak or Slovenian or Icelandic;
*Good command of English for internal communication and training;
*Comfortable using mobile apps, smartphones, and web browsers;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills;
*A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop in a support environment - previous experience is not required.
