General duties
- Lead and coordinate automation and system integration projects from concept through implementation and optimization.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and technology.
- Plan and manage integrations between contact center platforms, CRM systems, AI solutions, chatbot and voicebot platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare business and functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization activities.
- Monitor solution performance using KPIs and user analytics and continuously recommend enhancements.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven and workflow automation solutions, including API integrations and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business process automation, systems integration, or technology project management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and IT stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, workflow automation platforms, CRM/contact center systems, or omnichannel solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Power Automate, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
