Head of Marketing and Product Management

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work at the position of Head of Marketing and Product Management.

Position Profile:

- Responsibilities related to both marketing and product management
- Lead industry and market analyses to understand trends, market size, structure, competitive forces, customer needs and behaviours, identifying opportunities for business growth and the adding of customer value
- Organise regular market visits, meetings with business customers and store checks to assess product and brand performance, obtain feedback and adapt strategies and plans accordingly
- Manage the work of the Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure the timely and effective preparation, execution and tracking of the annual plans

Marketing related responsibilities:

- Drive the development and implementation of the brand development and penetration strategy
- Ensure the development of the company’s digital ecosystem in line with the latest trends and business priorities

Product management related responsibilities:

- Drive the preparation and implementation of a three-year product development strategy and roadmap for all product categories in line with the company’s business goals
- Organise the effective preparation and assessment of business cases for product modification or development of new products
- Work closely with the R&D and Production teams, as well as with subcontractors throughout the product development and industrialisation process, ensuring alignment with product requirements, business objectives, timelines and market needs

Position Requirements:

- University degree in business administration, economics, marketing or other major suitable for the position
- Professional experience:
• Proven track record of business development, all aspects of marketing and product management
• Substantial experience in strategy development and operational execution
• Visionary and well-organised manager able to inspire and lead by example
• A tenure in an international company or environment will also be preferred
• A background in the field of heating, cooling, ventilation equipment or domestic appliances will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of English, other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
- Self-starter and result-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and presenter
- Outgoing and creative personality
- Strong team player
