The Facilities Technician executes preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment. Operating, building, controlling and maintaining the services of facilities balanced and in good condition.
General Responsibilities
Assists with facility services, including (Pressured air, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), installation, maintenance, and balancing.
Assists with the repair of the mechanical components of the installations and electrical systems, in accordance with standard procedures, internal requirements, manufacturing specifications and safety policies.
Supports creating and maintaining a basic maintenance manual.
Assists engineers in the development of methods and procedures to control or improve the facilities process.
Experience / Qualifications
Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
