Role Overview:
The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.
Role insights:
- Support the identification and analysis of AI use cases within automation and business processes.
- Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms).
- Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs).
- Assist in developing and training machine learning models.
- Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
What makes you unique:
- Good understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support).
- Knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage).
- Experince with Python or Java.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
