Role Overview:
We're looking for a Cloud Optimization Engineer (FinOps)to manage cloud financial efficiency across Azure and support our upcoming Kubernetes migration to Exoscale. You'll drive cost visibility, optimization, forecasting, and governance while partnering with both Engineering and Finance teams.
This job can be performed by all countries within our A1 footprint.
Role Insights:
- Manage cloud cost allocation and reporting across Azure and Exoscale.
- Optimize Kubernetes costs by identifying unused or overprovisioned resources.
- Build cost models and track spending during the Azure-to-Exoscale migration.
- Implement cost governance, anomaly detection, and reporting dashboards.
- Translate cloud spending data into actionable recommendations for Engineering and Finance.
What Makes You Unique:
- 2+ years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost optimization, or TBM.
- Understanding of Kubernetes resource utilization and cost allocation (Kubecost is a plus).
- Experience with Azure Cost Management and cloud billing analysis.
- Strong analytical skills using SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Fluent English and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
