Your daily routine would include:
- Perform radio planning activities: coverage and capacity planning, site selection, and parameter configuration.
- Work with Atoll for radio planning, propagation modeling, site design, and network simulations.
- Frequency planning, neighbor planning, and feature activation.
- Support basic radio optimization: KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement recommendations.
- Participate in drive tests analysis and network performance reports.
- Assist in the integration and acceptance of new sites and radio features.
- Collaborate with RAN operations, optimization, and vendor teams.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Higher technical education - specialty "Radiocommunications", "Telecommunications", "Radio-communication technology".
- Very good knowledge of the working principles, functioning and elements of mobile 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks.
- Basic experience in radio planning or optimization.
- Knowledge of Ericsson RAN equipment or tools is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in English at a working level, German will be considered as an advantage.
- Computer skills for working with MS Office.
- Willingness to work in intensive load mode.
- Previous experience in performing configuration activities in Radio Access Network would be considered an advantage.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with SQL and databases would also be considered an advantage.
