Role Overview:
As a Wi-Fi Tools Engineer at A1 CDC, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing IT tools that analyze Wi-Fi user data and optimizing Wi-Fi network performance. Your focus will be on developing and improving tools for troubleshooting network issues, analyzing Wi-Fi data, and ensuring an optimal user experience. Working alongside other IT and network professionals, you’ll contribute to the evolution of Wi-Fi network management tools that support seamless, high-quality services for end-users.
Role insights:
- Design, develop and maintain internal tools used for monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi user data in order to improve network visibility and overall performance.
- Create and implement automation solutions and scripts that streamline Wi-Fi troubleshooting processes and reduce manual operational effort.
- Analyze large volumes of Wi-Fi performance data to identify trends, detect potential issues and support data-driven improvements to the network environment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and external vendors to expand Wi-Fi monitoring capabilities and ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Continuously evaluate existing tools and processes and contribute to improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability and performance of Wi-Fi monitoring solutions.
- Maintain clear and well-structured technical documentation and support internal teams in effectively using the developed tools and solutions.
