Role Overview
As an R&D Specialist at Ficosota Food, you will support the development of new products by implementing innovations that improve quality, optimize cost, and enhance manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality control methods for new products and the raw materials used to produce them. Analyze and optimize product cost, ensuring an effective balance between cost and quality.
- Lead the creation, testing, and improvement of new and existing products with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation process for new products in production and contribute to preparing each product dossier (formulation).
- Build and maintain relationships with scientific laboratories and industry organizations.
- Monitor market trends for raw materials and competitive products, including pricing, quality, and availability.
- Perform laboratory tests using alternative raw materials and components.
- Participate in managing industrial testing processes.
- Create, maintain, and coordinate technical documentation related to product manufacturing.
