For one of our clients - Technology and Hosting Provider – CTO – Chief Technology Officer
*Establish and continuously evolve the company’s technology roadmap, determining which
capabilities should be developed internally, acquired from external providers, or phased out.
*Take ownership of key architectural decisions across infrastructure, platforms, and applications.
*Ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities and supported by clear, practical decision-making.
*Oversee the architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability of the company’s cloud and hosting environment.
*Lead the technical strategy across VPS and dedicated infrastructure, colocation, DDoS protection, and Managed Kubernetes.
*Establish and maintain high standards for availability, with 99.9%+ uptime as the baseline.
*Provide strategic and operational leadership for Delta Billing, the company’s proprietary billing platform currently being developed as a replacement for WHMCS.
*Leading the team of the Heads of System Administration, Web Development, and Technical
*Support, creating alignment across the three technical functions.
*Building a high-performing and collaborative technology organization.
*Establishing clear expectations, processes, and performance standards.
*Define and maintain the company’s information security standards and technical policies.
*Evaluate emerging technologies, third-party solutions, and opportunities for internal development, distinguishing meaningful improvements from unnecessary complexity.
*8+ years of experience in technical roles, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position managing engineering, infrastructure, or similar technical teams.
*Experience within managed hosting, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or a closely related environment.
*Proven experience leading technical teams and establishing processes that can support a growing organization.
*Demonstrated ownership of internal technology products across their full lifecycle, from
requirements definition to production.
*Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and virtualization.
*Ability to make and defend architectural decisions across infrastructure, platform, and application layers.
*Leadership Mindset
*Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
