Are you ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? A1 Bulgaria is looking for a Roaming Specialist to join our team. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.
Your daily routine would include:
- Test validation and troubleshooting of roaming services for new partners.
- Support the establishment of new roaming partnerships.
- Update and validate roaming charges for all existing partners.
- Management, monitoring and analysis of the roaming Data Clearing process.
- Resolve roaming service complaints and provide support to Billing, Revenue Assurance and Fraud departments.
- Streamline and automate daily tasks.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently.
- A can?do mindset.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel);
- Òelecom billing systems knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent English.
