For one of our clients - a leading telecommunications infrastructure company, we are looking for – Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist.
* Drive and continuously enhance the organization’s Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Quality Management programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices;
* Act as a trusted advisor to management by proactively identifying risks, recommending mitigation strategies, and strengthening the organization’s control environment;
* Lead compliance monitoring and assessment activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical standards across all business functions;
* Champion process excellence by reviewing, redesigning, and optimizing policies, procedures, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and organizational performance;
* Conduct sensitive investigations and incident reviews, delivering objective findings, actionable recommendations, and effective corrective action plans;
* Oversee the preparation of insightful management reports, dashboards, and governance updates that support informed decision-making and organizational transparency;
* Foster a strong culture of integrity, accountability, quality, cybersecurity awareness, and data protection through training, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Law, Quality Management, or a related discipline;
* Proven professional experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Quality Management, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, or related corporate functions;
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies, frameworks, and governance structures that drive operational excellence and business resilience;
* Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance principles, and internal control frameworks;
* Knowledge of internationally recognized standards and methodologies, including ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and data protection regulations;
* Professional certifications such as GRCP, GRCA, CRMP, PRM, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent credentials are considered a strong advantage;
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
