Основни задължения
- Acting as a SPOC from Retail Risk side and collaborating with all stakeholders in the respective business market and OTP head office risk management.
- Prioritizing the internal and extremal customer needs and incorporate their feedback into risk strategies.
- Coordinating a cross-functional team to align the markets' priorities and the execution of the necessary tasks.
- Be responsible for the product vision, backlog management and implementation of the lending strategies into systems, processes and policies.
- Ensuring products and processes are in line with the risk appetite and the regulatory requirements regarding risk management and performing continuous monitoring.
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting risk management strategies and processes to improve automation, efficiency and/or profitability.
- Obtaining approvals for the new or amended strategies, products and processes by OTP Group and/or local authorities.
- Participating in projects related to the covered business domain.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността
- Master's degree in finance, analytics or other relevant fields.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management or retail lending.
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
