Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for turning business needs into practical AI agent solutions that deliver measurable value for users and operations. The Agent Builder combines business understanding, process thinking, and technical configuration skills to design agents that are useful, reliable, and easy to adopt.
The role works closely with business stakeholders to understand pain points, define expected outcomes, test agent behavior, and continuously improve performance after deployment. It is especially important in ensuring that AI agents are not only technically functional, but also aligned with real user needs, local language requirements, operational processes, and business KPIs.
Role insights:
- Identify high-value use cases and translate them into agent concepts, workflows, and success criteria.
- Test agent quality, accuracy, usability, and business impact before and after go-live.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and user experiences.
- Work with technical teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Own ongoing improvements, localization, and lifecycle management of deployed agents.
- Collect user feedback and improve agents through iterative optimization.
- Ensure local process, language, compliance, and customer experience requirements are reflected in agent design.
- Maintain agent documentation, release notes, and lifecycle improvement backlog.
What makes you unique:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, automation, business systems, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong builder mindset with experience designing and implementing technology solutions.
- Comfortable working across business, operations, data, and engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
- Strong context-switching ability across multiple business domains and use cases.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to rapidly learn emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Experience with AI, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, APIs, or cloud platforms preferred.
