General duties
- Actively participating in the development of new products and services for corporate clients;
- Analysing current business processes and proposing opportunities for improvement;
- Participating in projects aimed at optimising and standardising workflows;
- Monitoring and analysing client behaviour and the performance of cash management products and services;
- Maintaining internal documentation related to non-lending products, services and processes for corporate clients;
- Researching and analysing market trends, the competitive landscape and best practices across the banking group.
Requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Very good computer literacy;
- At least one year of professional experience in a banking or financial institution;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Proficiency in English.
