Your role will be:
- Organise the recruitment and selection process for new employees
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, prepare interview timetables and provide feedback on selection results
- Organise and conduct various types of tests with job candidates
- Maintain and update the candidate database
- Participate in career forums and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses
You are the right candidate if:
- Graduate or final year student in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office)
- Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
