Your daily routine would include:
- Maintaining a complete software asset inventory ensures accurate tracking of all software assets across the organization.
- Monitoring license entitlements, allocations and usage keeps licensing information up to date and compliant.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing agreements maintains adherence to vendor requirements such as Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle.
- Optimizing software usage helps prevent under?licensing, over?licensing and unnecessary costs.
- Supporting software contract negotiations and renewals contributes to favorable terms and cost efficiency.
- Preparing for internal and external software audits ensures readiness with complete and accurate documentation.

- Identifying opportunities to reduce software costs supports reclaiming unused licenses and optimizing spend.
- Creating dashboards and reports provides stakeholders with clear insights into usage, compliance and savings.
