Role Overview:
We are looking for a Security DC Services Portfolio coordinator to coordinate and continuously support in developing our Group-wide externaly provided Cyber Security Services portfolio.
The role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery to external customers, managing customer relationships and service performance, and supporting the continuous expansion of our Security DC service portfolio.
Role Insights:
- Coordinate the delivery of Security DC services across the Group for all external customers (SOC services, consulting, assurance, Vulnerability management, Penetration testing…).
- Follow customer relationships, service expectations, contracts, SLAs and KPIs, and oversee Security DC activities in accordance
- Monitor service performance, quality and customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement.
- Identify service gaps and propose improvements, new capabilities and additional services.
- Support the development and expansion of the Security DC service portfolio.
- Act as a subject-matter representative in customer meetings and presales activities, explaining service capabilities, scope, limitations and value, when needed.
- Coordinate with Security DC streams, Operations, Sales, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery and customer onboarding.
- Ensure that customer feedback and market requirements are translated into improvements to existing or new services.
What Makes You Unique:
- Experience in General Cyber Security service Management and portfolio management
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security operations and services, ideally including SOC, Incident Response, CISO/GRC and Security Assurance.
- Experience managing/overseeing customers, service delivery, SLAs/KPIs and contracts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical Cyber Security capabilities into clear customer-facing services.
- Experience in presales, consulting or customer advisory is an advantage.
- Strong business orientation with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement and portfolio growth.
- Excellent English and Bulgarian communication skills.
- German language skills are an advantage.
